FreshForex – 300% Bonus for each deposit | Detail:

1. The promotion is valid from October 5, 2021 to Dec 31, 2022.
2. The promotion can be enabled for Classic MT4, Classic MT5 and Market Pro MT4 accounts that are not connected to any other promotions.
3. To activate the bonus it is required to:
   1. Verify personal data.
   2. Activate promotion on one of the trading account in the Client Area. It is not possible to disable the promotion or change the account for bonus crediting in the future.
4. Bonus amount is 300% for each deposit larger than 100 USD / 100 EUR / 8000 RUB in the trading account currency.
   1. If the deposit amount does not reach the above-mentioned minimum due to any fees charged, losses during currency conversion or other costs related to account funding the bonus will not be credited.
   2. If for the period from the beginning of the promotion till the account funding sum total of all the deposits reduced by all the withdrawal amounts on the account is negative, the bonus will not be credited.
5. Only deposits made within promotion period from external sources (payment systems) are taken into consideration. Any requests for withdrawing or transferring funds are considered as withdrawals.
6. The maximum amount of the active bonus under this promotion cannot exceed 5 000 USD / 5 000 EUR / 400 000 RUB in the trading account currency.
7. The bonus is credited to the “Credit” field of the trading account: initially it is not withdrawable, fully available for increasing trading volumes but cannot be used in time of drawdowns. (to cover floating loss exceeding the “Balance” of the account).
8. Current amount of the active bonus on the account can be transferred to “Balance” field and will become withdrawable provided that from the moment of bonus crediting closed trading volume of the client in lots reaches 35% from the bonus amount in USD (USA dollars). Bonus is not partially transferred to Balance.
   For example, active bonus on the account is 1000 USD, 1000 USD * 35% = 350 closed lots – this is required volume to transfer the bonus to “Balance” field .
   After the Client has closed required volume, he/she should contact company manager via Feedback section in the Client Area to request transfer of bonus funds to Balance. In case of bonus deduction in accordance with the terms of this promotion (except for paragraph 9.4), bonus is not transferred to Balance.
9. The bonus is deducted from the account in the following cases:
   1. Creating request for funds withdrawing or funds transferring to another account;
   2. If amount of the funds (“Equity” field) on the account is less than amount of the current bonus (“Credit” field);
   3. If the account balance turns negative;
   4. When all the terms of the promotions are complied with and bonus is transferred to “Balance” field;
   5. If the bonus is disabled for the Client.
10. The Company reserves the right to change promotion terms and promotion period.
11. According to the Offer Terms, the bonus is intended solely to increase the funds for trading. To prevent misuse of the promotion the Company reserves the right without warning, at any time at its discretion: to refuse to credit the bonus or deduct the bonus funds. Such measures can be also undertaken by the company in case of suspecting one and the same person in obtaining bonuses from several interdependent Personal Accounts.
12. By enabling this promotion and receiving deposit bonus the Client confirms that he/she read and fully agreed to the terms of the promotion and will not send any claims to the Company regarding terms of bonus use or measures undertaken by the Company in accordance with these terms.
