Forex4you provides services for retail clients with a trademark that belongs to E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc. The main scope of acitivity is the provision of brokerage services on the Internet with the use of electronic payment systems.

Is your company regulated?

Yes. On September 5th 2012 our company acquired a license from FSC in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) — a governmental body regulating all BVI companies operating in financial markets. Certificate #: SIBA/L/12/1027 Licence categories: Category 1B. Dealing in Investments as Principal Category 2. Arranging Deals in Investments.

What business model does Forex4you use?

Forex4you uses a hybrid business model, that means that our Company got two licenses and can work as Dealer and as Broker.

Working as Dealer means our Company acts as counterpart of the order. Usually this happens if liquidity provider does not process transactions below a certain volume and such order are handled inside the company.

Working as Broker means that our Company acts as intermediate of the order. Every order is transmitted directly to the liquidity provider.

Who can become a Forex4you client?

Anyone can become our client. However residents of the following countries cannot work with us: United Kingdom, Latvia, Japan, Singapore, Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Guyana, Iraq, Iran, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Syria, Uganda, Vanuatu, Yemen, the United States America and European Economic Area residents and citizens of United States America and United Kingdom.

Which instruments are available for clients?

We provide access to the Forex market (trading with 41 currency pairs), Contract for Difference (CFD) on Stocks of the largest and most well-known companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), CFD on Silver and Gold, CFD on cash instruments such as WTI, BRENT and Indices.
